Two Nigerians Arrested in Haiti for Possession of Fake National ID Cards

On Sunday, August 18, Haitian police arrested two Nigerian nationals for possession of fake Haitian National Identification Cards. The suspects, identified as Madukanze Kenneth, 31, and Henry Peter, 29, were apprehended in Jacmel, Haiti, according to reports from iciHaiti.

Kenneth was found in possession of an ID card under the name “Augustin Jerry,” while Peter held an ID card bearing the name “Junior Jean Pierre.”

The South East Police Department in Haiti confirmed the arrests via social media, highlighting their ongoing efforts to apprehend lawbreakers and maintain public order. The department emphasized their commitment to working “tirelessly” to ensure the safety and security of the community.
