Beyoncé Shatters Records with 11 Grammy Nominations in 2025Beyoncé has made history at the 2025 Grammys, securing 11 nominations, including Album of the Year for her groundbreaking eighth studio album, Cowboy Carter. This achievement solidifies her position as the most nominated artist of all time, surpassing her tie with Jay-Z (88 nominations).

Cowboy Carter dominates with seven recognized tracks across genres, marking Beyoncé’s first nominations in country and American roots music categories. Her collaborations with Miley Cyrus (“II Most Wanted”) and solo performances (“Texas Hold ‘Em” and “16 Carriages”) earned nods.

With 32 wins, Beyoncé remains the most awarded artist in Grammy history. Her career total now stands at 99 nominations.

Newcomers Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, and Charli XCX earned first-time Album of the Year nominations, competing with Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, Beyoncé, Andre 3000, and Jacob Collier.

Carpenter and Roan also received nominations for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best New Artist, making them the only artists nominated across the “Big Four” categories.Country newcomer Shaboozey scored five nominations, including Best New Artist and Song of the Year for “A Bar Song (Tipsy).” Kendrick Lamar earned seven nominations, including Song of the Year and Record of the Year for “Not Like Us.” Lamar, Charli XCX, Post Malone, and Billie Eilish trail Beyoncé with seven nominations each, while Taylor Swift secured six.
