Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son, Christian “King” Combs, have settled a legal disagreement with a former law firm regarding unpaid legal bills, newly submitted court records show. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Summa LLP filed a lawsuit against the father and son, alleging they did not pay for more than 100 hours of attorney work and 90 hours of paralegal services carried out from March 2025 onward. The firm claimed the outstanding balance amounted to at least $53,688.35 in legal fees.
Part of the fee dispute was reportedly tied to legal services connected to a sexual assault lawsuit brought against King by Grace O’Marcaigh. In her complaint, O’Marcaigh alleged that she was employed as a steward on a yacht she said Diddy had chartered shortly before New Year’s Eve in 2022. She accused King of attempting to coerce her into performing a sexual act against her will and stated that the incident left her with psychological and emotional trauma. She also named Diddy in the suit, alleging that he assisted or enabled his son’s actions.
The present status of O’Marcaigh’s lawsuit is not publicly clear. However, court filings show that Summa LLP and Diddy have since reached an agreement resolving the unpaid fee dispute, leading the firm to withdraw its case. Summa’s lawyer, Alejandro Barrientos, confirmed that the matter had been settled but did not disclose specific terms of the agreement.
