Nigerian footballer Ola Great has been extended an official trial invitation by Spanish La Liga club Sevilla FC D. This development comes after Ola Great’s tweet requesting a trial with Sevilla went viral, garnering over 100,000 retweets.

The tweet was initially sparked by Sevilla FC’s English social media account, which challenged Ola Great to come for a trial. The challenge generated significant buzz on social media, with many speculating about Ola Great’s chances of making the team.

In a surprise twist, fellow Nigerian and Sevilla FC D player Chimezie Paul Obi personally extended the trial invitation to Ola Great. Obi shared a message on Sevilla’s official social media, saying, “Hello Ola, I’m Obi Paul, a player with Sevilla FC D. We’d love to have you come for a trial with our international team. We’re waiting for you.”
