EFCC Confirms VeryDarkMan’s Arrest Over Multiple Petitions, Says He Will Be Charged to Court Soon

EFCC Says VeryDarkMan Was Arrested Over Multiple Cyberstalking PetitionsThe Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has confirmed that social media personality Martins Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, was arrested in response to multiple petitions submitted against him.

EFCC spokesperson Dele Oyewale revealed to BBC News on Monday, May 5, that the petitions alleged cyberstalking. He noted that the agency is making arrangements to charge the influencer to court.

According to Oyewale, VDM was taken into custody to answer to the allegations raised by various individuals. He added that the commission would grant his release once bail conditions are met and assured that legal proceedings would follow promptly.
