Former Big Brother Naija housemate Saskay has announced her admission into a Master’s programme in Global Security and Strategy at the Brussels School of Governance. She shared the news on Instagram, revealing that the milestone came after a five-year wait and was made possible through a scholarship.

Reflecting on the journey, Saskay admitted it was filled with doubt, frustration, and moments when she almost gave up, but she found strength in her faith and believes everything happened at the right time. She expressed gratitude to her family and friends, especially her sisters, for their unwavering support. In her words, she recalled nights of tears and near discouragement but emphasized that this year turned everything around — from admission to scholarship and visa approval. She credited divine help and kind people who guided her along the way.

Quoting Isaiah 60:22, “When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen,” Saskay said she has learned to give thanks even before blessings fully manifest. Now starting her programme, she described the experience as both exciting and overwhelming, noting the challenge of reconnecting with the international space after being away. Despite occasional feelings of being overpowered, she affirmed her readiness to embrace this new academic phase.
