The Plateau State Police Command has announced a ban on night grazing, farming activities, and other operations from December 23, 2024, to January 3, 2025. This decision aims to maintain peace and security during the Christmas and New Year celebrations.

State Commissioner of Police Emmanuel Adesina disclosed this information through a statement signed by DSP Alabo Alfred, the Command’s spokesperson. The ban is a strategic effort to ensure safety, following consultations with stakeholders, including local government council chairmen.
