Pan Niger Delta Forum Raises Concern Over Tinubu’s State of Emergency Declaration in Rivers

The Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF) has voiced deep concern over President Bola Tinubu’s recent declaration of a state of emergency in Rivers State.The group described the ongoing crisis as “entirely avoidable” and lamented the current state of affairs in the region.

In a statement by its national spokesperson, Obiuwevbi Ominimini, PANDEF noted that it is closely analyzing the situation and will soon release an official stance on the matter.
