The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has once again thwarted an attempt to traffic cocaine into Saudi Arabia. Femi Babafemi, NDLEA’s Director of Media and Advocacy, announced on Sunday that operatives intercepted ten wraps of cocaine hidden inside bottles of body lotion.

This interception follows a similar discovery just a week earlier, when officers uncovered cocaine concealed within religious books destined for Saudi Arabia.

The statement read: “Barely a week after #ndlea_nigeria operatives found cocaine hidden in Saudi-bound religious books, officers have again seized several wraps of the substance concealed in bottles of body lotion on the same route. Take a look.”
