An exotic dancer demanded $250,000 from the late financier Jeffrey Epstein, alleging she was pressured into sexual activity involving Epstein and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, according to legal documents. The unnamed woman claimed she was taken to a party at Epstein’s Palm Beach home in 2006, where she was hired to dance. She alleged that after performing, she was asked to engage in a sexual encounter, despite initially saying she had only agreed to dance.
The allegation emerged from a large release of Epstein-related records by the US Department of Justice, which has again drawn attention to Andrew’s past association with Epstein. Andrew has previously been stripped of his royal titles following separate controversies linked to Epstein. In a letter dated March 23, 2011, the woman’s lawyer said Epstein breached an oral agreement by failing to pay the full $10,000 allegedly promised for her appearance at the event, claiming she received only $2,000. The lawyer also alleged that other young women were present at the party.
The letter stated that the woman was later invited to travel with Epstein and Andrew, which she declined. Her lawyer said she delayed pursuing the claim because she felt ashamed about the incident and wanted her identity kept confidential. Epstein’s former lawyers later described the payment demand as an attempt at extortion. There has been no finding of wrongdoing against Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor in relation to the specific allegation involving the exotic dancer.
The claim came shortly after a widely publicised photograph linking Andrew to Epstein associate Virginia Giuffre surfaced in 2011. Andrew has faced multiple allegations over the years connected to Epstein, all of which he has denied.Epstein died in a New York jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges.
