Nigerian entrepreneur and socialite, Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has obtained the All Progressives Congress House of Representatives nomination and expression of interest forms to contest for the Orsu/Orlu/Oru East Federal Constituency seat in Imo State.
The celebrity businessman disclosed this on Thursday through a post shared on his Instagram page.Sharing the update, Cubana Chief Priest revealed that he visited Seyi Tinubu to present the forms and seek his support ahead of his political ambition. In his post, he described the visit as part of his engagement with the City Boy Movement, which he said is focused on youth empowerment.
The socialite had earlier declared his intention to run for the House of Representatives under the APC in the 2027 general election. His bid is aimed at representing the Orsu/Orlu/Oru East Federal Constituency in Imo State as he seeks to transition from entertainment and business into active politics.
