The governor made this commitment while inaugurating newly constructed classroom blocks at Ipara Junior College, Majiyagbe; State Junior High School, Ibereko, Badagry; Awori Junior College, Ojo; and Thogli Community Grammar School, Badagry. These projects were executed by the state government through the Committee on Rehabilitation of Public Schools (SCRPS).

He emphasized that these developments reflect the government’s dedication to providing quality education for every child, regardless of their background or location. Represented by his Special Adviser on Agriculture, Dr. Oluwarotimi Fashola, at Thogli Community Grammar School, Badagry, the governor stressed the importance of inclusive and equitable education, noting that the newly built facilities are designed to serve all children in the community.

At Ipara Junior College, Majiyagbe, he reiterated the vision to establish a modern, inclusive education system that fosters student growth and drives community progress. During the commissioning of the new classroom block at State Junior High School, Ibereko, Badagry, the governor described the project as more than just a physical space—it symbolizes enhanced learning opportunities.

Similarly, at Awori Junior College, Ojo, where he was represented by the Commissioner for Tertiary Education, Tolani Sule, he highlighted the positive impact of education on the socio-economic development of Lagos. Chairman of Badagry Local Council, Teliat Olumide, praised the governor and SCRPS Chairman, Hakeem Smith, for their commitment to education infrastructure. He also urged students and the community to take responsibility for maintaining the facilities.
