Nicki Minaj has achieved a significant legal victory, settling a defamation lawsuit with Marley Green, a social media personality known as “Nosey Heaux.”

The settlement requires Green to issue a public apology, admit that she lied about Minaj, and agree to never mention the rapper in connection with drug use again.

Minaj filed the lawsuit in September 2022 after Green posted a video falsely claiming that Minaj was “shoving all this cocaine up her nose.” According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the settlement compels Green to acknowledge that her statements about Minaj using or abusing cocaine were entirely false and without any evidence.

Additionally, the settlement prohibits Green from making any further comments about Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, or their son. Green is also barred from retweeting or sharing any content suggesting Minaj’s involvement in illegal or unethical activities. Should Green violate the terms of the agreement, she will be liable to pay Minaj $50,000 for each offense.

This settlement marks a clear win for Minaj, who has taken a strong stance against what she described as “vile” and baseless allegations.
