On her Instagram page, the filmmaker announced that her movie, Everybody Loves Jenifa, had become the highest-grossing film in West Africa, surpassing her previous record with a staggering 1.6 billion earnings.

Deeply moved, Funke expressed her gratitude to her millions of fans and supporters, attributing her success to God’s guidance. This achievement solidifies her position as Africa’s box office queen.
