Traditional rulers in Anambra State, led by the Chairman of the State Traditional Rulers Council, Igwe Chidubem Iweka of Obosi, conferred the title on President Tinubu during his official visit to the state capital, Awka.
The title, ‘Dike Si Mba’, meaning ‘Hero from another land’, was presented by traditional rulers representing all communities across the state. Tinubu, who arrived at the Chinua Achebe International Airport in Umueri around 12:15pm, was welcomed by Governor Chukwuma Soludo, Deputy Governor Onyeka Ibezim, and other top officials.During his visit, Tinubu inaugurated Anambra’s first Government House, a milestone achievement over three decades after the state was established.
He also commissioned multiple projects executed by Governor Soludo’s administration.This marks the President’s second trip to the South-East region in 2025, following an earlier visit to Enugu State in January.
