Toyin Abraham Celebrates Breaking Boundaries as She Tops Nollywood’s Highest-Grossing Movies List

Toyin Abraham is filled with gratitude as her latest cinema release, Alakada Bad and Boujee, secures a spot among the highest-grossing Nollywood films. According to recent reports, the movie, which premiered last year, now ranks as the 5th highest-grossing Nollywood film of all time, having surpassed the 500 million Naira mark at the box office. Reacting to the milestone, Toyin expressed deep appreciation for her journey, emphasizing her continuous drive to exceed her past achievements. She shared that every time she steps into the cinema, her goal is to break boundaries and set new benchmarks.

The actress and filmmaker also vowed to surpass this record with her next project, thanking her fans and supporters for their unwavering encouragement and belief in her work.

“Grateful for every step of this journey! From day one, I’ve always pushed myself to surpass my last achievement, and today, we’ve hit 500M Naira at the box office, making this the 5th highest-grossing movie of all time! Every time I step into the cinemas, I strive to do better than before, to break boundaries and set new standards. I compete against my last achievement always. Beating past records is the goal! This record stood to be broken in my next outing by God’s grace. This is just the beginning, and I’m beyond thankful to all my supporters who made this possible. We keep rising!
